1. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link via SMS or Email. You can use that link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services all across Pakistan for your convenience and peace of mind.

3. Are these products original? Absolutely. At Naltar Shop, we take pride in offering only 100% authentic and high-quality products. Every item goes through a quality check before being shipped to you.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email if you need to modify your order.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged product? If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

6. How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your city. Orders from Lahore are often delivered faster.

7. Is there any delivery charge? We charge a flat rate of Rs.200 for delivery. However, we offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5000.
